When buying online, various convenient delivery options are available to suit your needs. During checkout, you will see the available options and their costs based on your cart and delivery location.
Standard Delivery (2-12 days):
- Australia Post Mail (2-12 days): This untracked service is used for smaller items like adapters, cables, and gift cards.
- Australia Post eParcel (2-12 days): Provides tracking notifications. If you’re not home, you will get a notification to collect from a nearby post office or collection hub.
- Team Global Express Priority (2-4 days): Offers tracking updates and alternative pickup points like our smart vending machines, local newsagents or 7/11 stores if you’re not home.
Express Delivery (1-2 business days):
- This option may be available based on the size and type of item. Tracking notifications will be provided once your item is picked up for delivery.
Courier Delivery (next business day):
- Available for Adelaide metro areas (coming soon for Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth). Eligible for orders placed before 4 PM from Sunday to Friday. Delivery happens between 9 AM and 8 PM the next day, with an SMS notification in the morning specifying a 90-minute delivery window and tracking link. Note that this option is unavailable on select public holidays.
Uber Delivery:
- Uber ASAP: Delivers within 90 minutes to 2 hours of placing the order.
- Uber Scheduled: Allows you to choose a 2-hour delivery window within the store’s operating hours.
- Available for orders within 20km of stores offering Uber delivery, 7 days a week, from store opening until 2 hours before closing.
For next day courier deliveries in metro areas, you may contact our team members to select a safe location for our delivery courier to leave your order.
Your order can be left in a safe location if:
- Your delivery address is within a city metropolitan area.
- You get the confirmation from our team members.
- The items in your order are eligible to be left in a safe location e.g., small items.
Digital Delivery items are for items like software downloads or digital credit codes that are emailed to you after purchase within 48 hours.
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email that includes:
- Your digital download or activation code for the product purchased
- Steps to activate or redeem your digital download
Please note that if you purchased multiple digital items, you’ll receive your download codes in separate emails.

Need your order delivered quickly? We offer ASAP and scheduled deliveries with Uber.
When Uber will show as a delivery option
- If you’re placing an order within 20km of a store that stocks your product and is accepting Uber pickups
- The time you’re placing an order
- The number and types of items you’re ordering
- Your item can fit in an Uber vehicle (we only allow small to medium items to be delivered by Uber)
How to choose Uber at checkout
- At checkout, if you’re order is eligible for your delivery address, select Uber
- Depending on your order total you may have the option for the driver to ‘Leave in a safe place’. This will show up like the below, just choose a location from the dropdown or select ‘Other’ to enter specific instructions for the driver.
- Continue to payment to finalise your order.
Live tracking for your delivery: Once your order has been packed by the store and is ready for Uber to pick up, we’ll email you an Uber tracking link to follow the driver.
You’ll also get SMS updates from Uber as your order is on the way.
The Uber driver will ask for the last 4 digits of your mobile number to accept your delivery. Missed deliveries will be returned to the store.
Issues with your Uber delivery?
If there’s an issue with your delivery or you still have not received your order after the quoted or scheduled time from Uber, please get in touch. You can live chat with us or submit a request and make sure to select Uber as the delivery service so our team can help out.
If you live in regional or remote locations or on islands off mainland Australia, please be aware that shipping restrictions apply for selected items where we are unable to provide the courier service requirements.
These restrictions will be made visible in checkout, where an error message will appear to advise that the item(s) in your cart are not eligible to be shipped to your selected address.
Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays
You can get an estimated delivery date for most items by entering your postcode on the product or cart page. You’ll get a delivery estimate and select the option you want when checking out.
For some large items like TV’s and whitegoods these may need to be back ordered. We’ll contact you with a delivery estimate. More on product availability
Estimated delivery times are calculated based on:
- The availability type of product your purchasing e.g. pre-order, in-stock items, back order items or Special Orders that have different supplier leads times associated to them.
- Carrier transit time e.g. the time it takes a package to travel from our fulfilment location to your destination address with Australia Post or Team Global Express (formally Toll). This is calculated using business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
